If you're having trouble hearing on your landline phone, you may be eligible to receive an amplified or specialized telephone at No Cost!

Florida Telecommunications Relay, Inc (FTRI) is a statewide non profit organization that provides special telephones for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf/Blind, and Speech Impaired Floridians. If you experience frustration using the phone, FTRI may have your solution!
Who is Eligible?
- Must be a permanent Florida Resident.
- Must be over age 3.
- Must be certified as being Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf/Blind or Speech Impaired.
How do I receive a telephone at No Cost?
Click here to request an application from FTRI. Then, bring your completed application to our office to be reviewed and signed by Dr. Tanner.
